The success of any training institution depends on the faculty members. If the Chess Trainer himself has gone through the trials and tribulations of the tournament Chess, it would become more easy for students to master the game! At ICS we have made it a point that the faculty members should have previous tournament exposure (atleast a FIDE Rated Player) and should have a passion for teaching!!

The team ICS is Kiran Wadia and Vinodkumar. To put in one simple sentence – both of them are Chess Addicts!!
