One of the key ingredient to become a good chess player is to play serious training games with an appropriate time-control and subsequent game analysis with his/her trainer. In keeping with this, Indian Chess School has decided to initiate this concept by introducing a ‘Tournament Training Game Module’ (for 45 FIDE Rated players only) at Don Bosco High School, Borivali from 15 June, 2016. The 45-selected players would be divided into 5-groups of 05-players each according to their FIDE Ratings (Classical).

The groups would be referred to as ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ ‘D’ & ‘E’

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

The players in a group would be required to play the tournament in a 9-player - 08-Round - ‘Round-Robin’ (All-Play-All) format.
